Established in 2023, Spectrum Training wants to do things differently. Instead of providing generic workplace programmes and qualifications, we focus our teaching on the needs of the individual.
We get to know each learner through assessment, conversation and profiling. In collaboration, we identify the barriers that are holding them back and provide the tools to overcome those barriers.

Andy Gifford
I am the owner and lead tutor of Spectrum Training. My commercial experience from a career in business management and finance gives me a sound understanding of how your business works and the challenges you face.
In my time as an adult educator, I have observed, many times, how poor literacy and numeracy skills have negative outcomes for people, both in the workplace and their daily lives. My motivation is simple, to help people overcome their daily challenges and thereby achieve their goals, as big or as small as they want them to be.
