Look UP Reach OUT
For employees, Look UP Reach OUT is a programme that is designed to engage adult learners of all ages using one to one training, mentoring and advocacy.
Each participant is required to complete an assessment of their reading and maths. We use the results of the assessments and other activities to target programme content and delivery to the individual.
Tutors encourage each person to look up from their daily life and to reach out for the help they deserve.

ASSESS
For employers, poorly developed literacy and numeracy skills are often at the core of why a person is not fully engaged and unable to process the world around them. Spectrum uses The Assessment Tool to test those skills and build a profile of how each person processes information.
Spectrum will assess team members and use that knowledge to recommend how to best support and develop the individual. Each person learns differently and knowing how your staff learn allows for effective workplace training and pastoral care.
